When someone comes in saying they want to lose a significant amount of hair, I always measure for donation whether they bring up donating or not. And sometimes we have enough for a surprise donation! It's a feel good moment when you realize the hair you were going to cut off anyway is now going for a good cause.

And cutting this all off in the back gave us a great starting point for the slightly A-line bob she requested:)
